Dear Sir/Madam! My name is Father Gábor Czakó, the parish priest of Inverurie Roman Catholic parish area, which covers the area from Fyvie in the North to Alford in the South West and from Hatton of Fintray in the East to Insch area in the West. I originally come from Hungary, but I have been in Scotland for about 8 years.

I am writing to you on behalf of our Parish family to invite you to join us on a lifelong journey of faith and discovery about God. Our church in Inverurie is not only for those who feel worthy to come to church, but for all of those who want to experience healing in their relationship with God and with one another. We welcome back also those Christians who feel excluded from the Church, because of their particular life situation. Jesus reached out to good people and sinners alike. If you are not a Christian we are happy to introduce you to what Christians believe. So why not come and have a look? Anne’s Episcopal Church, Kendal Road), Friday 10.00am (Inverurie 116 North Street), Saturday 6.00pm (Alford, St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church), Sunday 10.30am (Inverurie Church Hall, 116 North Street), 6.00pm (please call re venue)

Children’s Christian formation and preparation for the sacraments are after the 10.30am Sunday Mass in Inverurie, and in Alford (please call re dates and venue).

Church HALL

Please note that our completely refurbished and redesigned Church HALL has opened in January 2007 for external groups. Our Church HALL is available for a huge variety of activities and also for conferences.

HOLY WEEK celebrations:

Mon. 10.00 am                                INVERURIE
Tues.  6.00 pm                                      ALFORD
Wed.  6.00 pm                                     KEMNAY

Thurs. 6.45pm Special Stations of the Cross followed by 7.30 pm. Mass of the Lord's Supper, followed by Adoration, followed by Night prayer at 10.00 p.m., in  INVERURIE

Fri. 3.00 pm. Good Friday Service INVERURIE, followed by RADIX (youth group drama of the Passion story, projected to a large screen, in our church. All age welcome!)
 

Easter Mass times: Vigil,  9 pm,  Fetternear;
Easter Morning Masses are at 9 a.m. in Alford and 11 a.m. in Inverurie.:
