Community Council Elections

These are held every 3 years, and the last one was in held in 2006, this page will have further details and the ability to download a copy of the nomination form, when required

Aberdeenshire Council has expressed the intention, in the interests of democracy, to bring decision making processes nearer to those who may be affected. Proposals have included the formation of consultative committees and it may be that the role of Community Councils will be modified.

The Present Committee was elected in March 2006 and will serve for three years. We have listed the contact details for the present Committee Members (who all reside in Kemnay).
