Swimming Pool Association News

Kemnay and District Swimming Pool Association has received a donation of £200 from The Bargain Box, to support its campaign for swimming facilities in Kemnay. This is very much appreciated, and the Association expresses its thanks to Doreen Gordon and everyone involved with The Bargain Box.

The Association will be conducting a door-to-door survey in the village during the week ending Saturday 12^th August. It will take only a minute to complete the form, and your co-operation will be much appreciated.

The Association has been granted permission to collect donations at the same time. Any contribution you care to put in the Association's tins will be gratefully received. What you choose to give is of course entirely at your discretion, but an amount of £1 per tile has been suggested. It takes a lot of tiles to line a pool!

Also, on Saturday 12^th August, a car boot sale is to be held at Kemnay Academy. There will be some stalls as well. Everyone welcome between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to see what's on offer.
