I am a detached Youth Worker with Clackmannanshire Council Youth Services. I was wondering if anyone could offer me any help with an enquiry that i have? i am currently supporting a group of young people to set up a user group to establish a skate/bike park facility in Clackmannanshire. This is at an early stage, there has been 85k allocated from a housing development although the group would like to set up a management committee that will elect office bearers, adopt a constitution, open a bank account and seek charitable status. I have noticed that the Leading Edged Skatepark in Kemnay have done that sort of thing and would be interested in following that as a model.  Do you know how we can access thier constitution and any other info? or who we can contact with regadrs to this as there isnt much information on the internet apart from the Standing up to antisocial behaviour website.

does anyone know who is responsible for the upkeep of place of origin??? nobody seems to know, it is a disgrace the grass over footpaths etc and new trees planted think grass should be cut first so if anyone can help it would be most appreciated
