There are also Garioch Area Weekly Planning Lists available for download and any persons wishing to make representations to any application should do so in writing (preferably within 14 days) to the applicable department as soon as possible. Again volunteer dependant we might be able to list the weekly planning applications that pertain to Kemnay here.

Kemnay Community Council are aware of all weekly planning applications and from time to time the website site may highlight significant proposals by providing further details, plan drawings etc. Significant loosely meaning more than 1 dwelling house, a very large house, a commercial development or similar. This will be done when it is felt that the community as a whole will benefit from having a place to add/share their collective views on the website and/or with Kemnay Community Council by attending their meetings.
